This is my first re-done cover of my career. Luckily, it was not due to deficiencies in my original cover, because that was a fine painting in itself. DRP chose to go in a new direction with the cover, and this is the result. I have to say, looking back at the two, this one is much more effective and powerful. While a grim reaper is striking, the subtle horror of this near reality scene hits harder for me. What exactly is the woman so frightened by?
