I have been wanting to build my fantasy portfolio, and this dark fantsy novel was a great opportunity to do so. The novel is an interesting mix of fantasy, action, and horror. What better image to go on the cover than the villian of the story? Following the author's description, this evil witch came out creepy as hell to me. The flying stone gargoyle was an interesting concept as well.
